The room we stayed in had a nice decor and was spacious, plus there was a coffee machine, a garden, and a terrace for relaxation; the hotel's location was ideal, being close to Plaza de la Iglesia, and the staff members were friendly and attentive to our needs.

The breakfast was good value for money with fresh products, and the restaurant's offer was excellent! Got the same standard room booked online, greatly enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was so close to the airport North, PAX Torrelodones on the C-10 train from the international airport to Torrelodones station, and great restaurants within walking distance. Dining bar El Mirador de Hook located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was fantastic - I paid a very reasonable price for a week-long stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with quality complimentary personal hygiene products provided in the well-appointed, clean rooms. The hotel's location in the hills overlooking the plain and Madrid was breathtaking, offering a peaceful escape from the city. Lastly, the staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was very quiet despite being close to a motorway, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The parking was secure and there was plenty of space. the location was convenient as it was not far from the hills overlooking the plain and Madrid.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the stunning location in the hills overlooking the plain and Madrid. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a queen bed and air conditioning. Additionally, having breakfast included in the rate was a great bonus.

Spent xmas holidays here and it was a cozy experience with a lovely Christmas decoration in the lobby, making it feel like home. the room was spacious and well-maintained with a clean bathroom, and a homely atmosphere. the location was perfect, within a short walk to the city centre for shopping, restaurants and cinemas. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. A good breakfast spread was served, with a variety of choices to cater to everyone's taste.

There was not much to dislike about this place. the only thing was the lack of a pool, but with the cold weather we had, it wouldn't have been used anyway.
